Commercial Users - Monthly

Residential Users - Every April, July, and October.

Why is my water bill so high?

If you feel that your water bill is higher than it should be, it could be one of many things.

1. Could you have a water leak?

2. Did you just receive a bill for April, July, or October services?  If so, the bill could reflect excess water usage.

3.  Is your bill past due?  If your bill is past due, the total amount will reflect your current amount and your past due amount. A past due account will also result in a $10.00 late fee.

4. Mis-reads.  If you feel your bill is an error and was read incorrectly, please call City Hall at 509-725-4352 to have your water meter re-read.

 When is garbage pick-up?

Residential - Tuesdays.

Commercial - Fridays

Please have your totes out by 7:00 a.m. to avoid your garbage being missed.
